Becca Tilbrook the 18 – 30’s worker has been appointed for 16 hours a week with the specific remit of Growing a NWC among the 20’s and 30’s in York. “During the pandemic, 18-30s were the group in our church that was the most vulnerable and so we created a post to pastorally support and disciple this age group. This was now two years ago and Becca has done a great job in bringing this community together. We are now looking to the next stage for this post, which is to cement further new worshipping communities within our church family within these key demographics.”
