When we are creating spaces of belonging in church for people in their 20s, 30s and 40s, the place of children and youth is centrally important. Perhaps you have a youth club or a tots group and want to see whether it might grow into a New Worshipping Community. There are lots of great ways to increase your reach to younger adults through blessing the whole family.
If you want to hear more about how to begin imagining whether an NWC might grow out of your children or youth work, then do contact us or Carolyn Edwards - the Diocese Children and Youth Adviser.
If you want to develop your children and youth work or find out more about what might be possible, go to the Diocesan resources for Mission and Ministry with children and young people.
You can also connect up with what’s happening in the Diocese more widely with children and youth, what events are happening and ideas for your ministry, then sign up to the Children and Youth monthly newsletter.
